"overall a nice place but the room is a little small for a 3 people capacity. Hotel also didnt provide any hand/body lotion so its a little strange for a 5 star property. Our room also had a view of the back alley which was not too pleasant but I get what you paid for. The location was great as it is closed to several MRT stations."

We were given some sparkling wine because of Expedia which wasn’t helpful because we don’t drink - and I think the hotel should replace this with another benefit for those who don’t drink. Hotel offered a free cake to celebrate my wife’s birthday which was great. We were given an upgrade to a nicer room. The room is spacious and comfortable. Balcony with a good swimming pool view and drapes which open and close automatically. Bathroom spacious and nice. ...
