They even brought an air cooler to our room since there is no air condition during winter. The best part of the hotel are the staffs, they were very helpful and friendly. "We really enjoyed our stay. We were only there on a stopover for 2 nights and had to pack a lot in. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff went out of their way to sort it out. The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away. And when we left, the staff were so helpful with getting us a taxi - the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend this hotel. "
