"Overall we had a very comfortable one-night stay at the Westin. Unfortunately the first room we were assigned to reeked of smoke (we booked non-smoking) and it took some time for the staff to assign us to a new room. Other than that, the room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Gym was also clean and well-equipped. Would recommend."

"We really enjoyed our stay. We were only there on a stopover for 2 nights and had to pack a lot in. There was a mix up with our booking but the staff went out of their way to sort it out. The breakfast was one of the most well stocked we've experienced, which was great for our fussy children. The location was good for using the metro, which is a short walk away. And when we left, the staff were so helpful with getting us a taxi - the staff went above and beyond to help us out. Highly recommend...

"The hotel is quite outdates. Carpet is dirty, has garbage left on the floor for 4 days. Room safe doesn't work, no heat for the first few days. "

"Nice for hanging out and walking around for shopping and visiting museums. Not far from Beijing capital international airport. Very convenient for travel to different locations. Nearby subway stations. Only thing is room not that big but still good for two people have good time there. Good breakfast. West food and local style. "

"Loved this stay! From start to finish, every one of the staff was so helpful. I speak zero Mandarin, so I needed lots of help and this staff delivered. When I was getting help with transportation to the airport, it was pointed out I had the wrong time and missed my flight. Bummer, but the staff at concierge (Elvis was his name) actually got on the phone with the airlines and was able to rebook the following day and got my original room rebooked while he was on that call. 5 ⭐️s are not enough for this awesome location and incredible staff. "
