"We always stay at the Crown Plaza when we transit through Nairobi. Its a very comfortable hotel and the staff are very friendly. Our room was absolutely fine but not quite as good as previous rooms (think we have luckily been upgraded to a suite on previous occasions though). Pool bar was very busy so service (which was excellent) was quite slow. The shuttle from the airport is always reliable and free."

"Hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating to every need I had including printing documents left at home and helping us book a 5 day trip including round trip transportation and safari in Tsavo and 2 days at the beach in Watamu. Rooms are comfortable and clean. View from rooftop bar is great. Beautiful pool area. Only criticism would be the breakfast buffet at $30+ USD per person. This is pricey in my opinion for what they deliver. "
