We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. "Excellent hotel; very modern and new. Only drawback was the check-in. Our flight arrived at 10 and we were at the hotel at 1045. Staff said room was ready as there is a queue for cleaning. I do understand that, but we finally got our room at 2PM. It would have been nice to perhaps bump it up for people waiting. Otherwise, hotel was excellent, food in the restaurant was lovely, in room massage was great. Staff was attentive and friendly. Highly recommended. "
