"The hotel and its staff are excellent. The facilities could not be faulted. A focus area for improvement would be around dining options. One of party has a vegetarian and gluten-free diet. The menu options between the restaurants and room service are not joined up. There were options on the room service menu that you could not get on the restaurant menu so the choice was really limiting. Also, not all staff were aware of the gluten free options available so we got different messages on...

"Wonderful central location, but the very small rooms (no breakfast) are not commensurate with the very high cost of an overnight stay. We made 1 call to the airline to confirm our seat assignment and were charged approximately $183. for the call. We were not aware that there would be any charge for calls. I questioned the receptionist regarding this charge and she said she would look into it. I never received any information so I sent an email -- and have never received a response from that...
