"The hotel itself is beautiful. So is the pool area. The deluxe king room was nice but we got stuck with a ground floor room. Windows looked out on to a parking lot. Beds were not comfortable… had a hard time getting a hold of anyone on the phone. But they reach out via text to check on us so that was nice. The last text I sent wasn’t responded to… The whole property is gorgeous. The decor is one of the best we have seen… the DeGournay wallpaper in the restaurant was stunning. "

"Superb environment and wonderful hotel but our room’s toilet cistern was broken and it took 3 requests for to be repaired effectively. Front desk had to be reminded twice. Despite this comment we will definitely be back. "

"Beautiful property, and the staff and service was top notch. Property was also walkable to some good restaurants. Beautiful views and the pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. The cons were the wifi was spotty and made it difficult to work as planned. Also, no gym. But the pros were plenty - every inch of the property was special. We’d go back when able to truly disconnect. "

They will answer your phone call and let you know they will get back to you with in 24 hours but they never did. We had a question about pool/spa, called, they said they would get back to us but never did.
