The room was huge, it had a well stocked kitchen, the bathroom was lovely and balcony was nice and private I had originally booked a more expensive room which had direct access to the pool but changed it to a cheaper one. Really glad I did that as all rooms have very easy access to the pool The service was excellent and nothing was too much trouble There’s a yoga mat in the room which is a nice touch...

"We stayed five nights and this was an amazing experience. The breakfast has a mix of buffet options as well as hot plates you can put in an order for. Very healthy and varied foods to choose from. Room service did our laundry and hung it on a rack. The following day they had folded our clothes and neatly stacked them on the sofa. There are many things to do in the area and the buzzing V&A Waterfront is only around 20 minutes (on a slow and enjoyable walk) from the hotel. The staff was very...
