"From the moment we stepped into Malmaison to leaving fantastic service. We were upgraded to a club room and gifted a free drink voucher too at check in which was such a wonderful touch. When checking out the lady was warm and very friendly and even manged to find out what that amazing smell is that they pump round the hotel is.
