"Great hotel with super friendly staff. Room condition excellent. Breakfast is quite delicious. The only complaint I have is not having the sound proof window. I could hear the music from the street at night in my room on the 10th floor. "

"We had a great stay at the Equatorial. We had kids also and the staff was friendly and helpful (sadly this is not the norm at all 5-star properties in Vietnam, so it was a nice experience). The pool is great, I would recommend a room by the pool. The food was also very food (slightly pricy compared to alternatives, but comparable). I would recommend this hotel as great option for visiting HCMC. "

"The lady when we checked in was a little rude. She also didn’t let me add my Hilton Honors points. Additionally, we had reservations for the brunch service and they cancelled our reservation and when I asked why she just said “it’s just available anymore”. She could have tried to offer another reservation time or given me a reason why it was canceled. Instead she made me call back to look for another reservation. Other than the lady when we were checking and the reservation mix up...
