I did see a few other rooms in the building in passing and they weren't as nice as the one I got, so it really depends on which one you get. I ended up taking a cab to what I thought was the correct address (it is listed as a street in Ward 1, but every district has a Ward 1, and this street is common to many districts) based on its location on Goggle maps.
