"Wasn’t happy that one of the beds broke during the night leaving my husband to sleep lopsided and giving him a a sore back the next day ….. appreciated the upgrade but felt the gesture a bit inadequate considering my husband didn’t get much sleep and had to buy deep heat for his back pain "
