"I checked in and my bed side Lamp was not working. Had to call housekeeping. No hot water to bathe until I checked out two days later. When I checked in, it was 10 pm and raining. I had no help to get to my room which was in a jungle and me dragging my bag into a dark unknown. I hated it. All wet and tired. No onceirge….? Toilet paper nil. Tissue paper nil. Very scarce and basic amenities. Considering i paid for premium water front chalet. Absolute let down. Will not stay again. "

"Stay for one night during Chinese New year. Everything was fine not until the buffet breakfast and it was horrible experience. The staff let us in into the dining hall and got search for 20 minutes to get a table. My two sons who are studying at nearby university joined us for breakfast and got to paid RM 38 per pax and definitely not worth it. Replenishment was slow for food and drinks. Also their dining staff are short handed. The worst buffet I had experience in a hotel."
