The room was very comfortable, large room, large bed, large bathroom. Modern and clean. We had access to executive lounge with our booking and found the ‘happy hour’ drinks and snacks amazing. "Property is well kept, great location and convenient access to transportation. Helpfull and attentive staff. Food quality at the buffet restaurat, althought not bad, was not at par with the expectations generated by the type/level of the facility. That said, room service is good, and there are other high end, very good restaurants in the hotel complex that will not dissapoint. "

"The biggest advantage of staying at Aloft KL was the convenience for using public transportation- MRT, LRT etc.. The hotel is connected to the KL Sentral station and a mall. From the airport I took the Klia Express to KL Sentral to get to Aloft and there are visible signs at the station to get to the hotel without leaving the stn.. The train to Batu Caves can also be accessed at KL stn.. Breakfast options were great from eggs to local cuisine and a variety of small pastries. The room was clean...

"The attention and assistance from all staff without exception was excellent. The room was very nice, spacious and comfortable bed and good linen. Shuttle bus great as not near any amenities. Highly recommended👍"
