The pix taken from my 1st stay. This is my second stay here. The first stay was given bigger room even I was booking the same choice. 2nd stay might be the guests were quite full and I got exactly like the one stated on the hotels.com page. Anyway, overall was totally good! Will be my choice whenever in Putrajaya coz closes to everything.

We had a balcony room and it was noisy until Midnight from the food trucks/music across the street. The hotel is average and the Air-conditioning was running all night, without ever reaching the set temperature. The bed was comfortable. Just ok for one night.

We ended up having to check out of the property. The shower was not properly hinged and created water collection on the floor, which was an extreme hazard. We were supposed to be refunded for the second night and that was a lie, this is not a 4-star hotel.
