"Celebrating my recent retirement with overnight stay and a concert at the Bridgewater. First time at Gotham and will be back. Very good customer service , 2 pre arrival calls. Some macaroons and chocolate strawberries waiting in the room to acknowledge my retirement. The shower, size and power, the best we have ever experienced in a hotel. Room b comfortable and clean. Great touches "

"Our room was clean and comfortable. It was a good size and set up for a family as we needed. We were disappointed that the spa was closed, an odd decision to close the spa at the weekend when travellers are most likely to want to use it. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but plenty to choose from. The cereal packets were quite a long way out of date. The traffic was quite loud from our room at the front of the hotel. A room at the back would be much better to be able to sleep through. Just...
