"We stayed at The Indigo because we were attending a concert at the AO Arena and the location was perfect. Check In was easy and the room was lovely and spotless. The only issue we had was a horrible smell that came from the shower drain. This was fixed very quickly but it wasn’t eradicated unfortunately, we were told it was something that happens in the hotel when it gets hot outside. We only stayed 2 nights so it wasn’t too much of a bother however if we stayed for longer we may have had to ask for it to be fixed again. All in all a very lovely stay at a very clean and well located hotel."

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the vibes from the DJ playing by the bar on Saturday night. Food was good. Room was comfortable. Did not hear noise at night from doors shutting and other rooms. Car park was 3/4 minutes walk from the hotel. Only downsides were they had run out of crisps at the bar so no late night snacks. Short staffed in the kitchen for breakfast so had to wait for some food to be cooked and restocked (about 15 minutes) so partner had finished his way before mine had been cooked. Overall a very pleasant stay. "
