"Stunning stay. Hotel is in a historic building located in the center of Palma old town. The remodeled space is gorgeous, so beautiful that it was hard to fully take in! The room was equally beautiful. The bar was vibey and fun with good cocktails. Staff and service top notch. Breakfast was decent but not noteworthy. If you have a car, don’t try to go to the hotel, parking is in a public garage offsite. Loved Palma and this was the perfect place to stay to enjoy the city. "

"Really enjoyed our 3-night stay. We had a superior double room with good space and bathroom. Bed was comfy as well. Loved the Guerlain toiletries. The housekeeping lady was doing a great job every day to keep the room refreshed and she provided unlimited supply of water and little sugary treats during turndown. "Beautiful hotel! Service in our opinion was not on par with other 5 star hotels we stayed at on the island - no offer to help with bags at check in, slow service at the bar and restaurant, and no poolside service. We were given a pool facing upgrade which we were very appreciative of - however it was an adjoining room - there is an inch of space between the bottom of the door and the floor and you can hear everything from the neighbouring room. Limited menu options available for food allergies....

Stayed in a Junior suite and the shower leaked every time we used it. At times the water seeped into the bedroom. Also, the lack of face towels available in room was a bit annoying."
