"Lovely hotel . Clean . Bed was really comfortable good nights sleep. Complementary gin in room though did not use. Nice view of harbour. Didn’t have breakfast as early flight. Dinner was expensive one course each and bottle of £30 wine cost £90 lights where so dark couldn’t see what was in plate . Would stay again but eat elsewhere. "

"Stayed for 2 nights in a Comfy Cabin room over a weekend. I had emailed beforehand, asking for a room with a bath and this was honoured. Room was nice and large-ish for a hotel of this size. The decorations were quaint and thought was definitely put into the wall pictures and decor. Bathroom was great, with large bath and separate shower. Breakfast was great, freshly cooked. "Couple staying for our anniversary. Dinner in both restaurants absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. Spa facilities were decent however steam room by the pool was closed. This was not an issue as there is a steam room in the changing rooms. Gym and fitness classes were fun and easy to book as was the use of the pickle ball court. My partner played a round of golf which he enjoyed, the grounds are beautiful and so is the walk down to the beach. Lounge and bar staff lovely, great...

"lovely hotel, really excellent food. My room was above the kitchen which sadly has a noisy fan or machine that goes on during the night, and the kitchen smells are very present in the room, but besides that it was excellent. lovely accommodating staff."

"Shame place not open Monday and Tuesdays so can’t comment on service other than that they were great at the initial emails and the instructions were easy to follow. Nice room. Didn’t see where WiFi information was so can’t comment on WiFi. Enjoyed my stay. Felt homely. Loved being so close to the beach to go for a morning walk before I left. "

"We have just returned home from an excellent 5 night stay at Balincourt. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The accomodation was top class and the breakfast options very good. The location couldn't have been more convenient with bus stops adjacent and a pub opposite."

"We stayed in Haven Hall and had such a great experience there! The owner David came to greet us and showed us around his property which they renovated for 4 years prior to opening as a boutique hotel. The hotel has beautiful decor inside and a spectacular waterfront. We were asked in the evening what we wish for a breakfast on the next day and they made it exactly the way we requested. We wish we spend more days on the island and definitely would recommend this hotel for everyone who is visiting...
