"We had apartment 4, nice big apartment, comfortable. Cleaning standards could've some improvements! Plenty of bath towels. TV was not working and we couldn't figure it out. When the fire / smoke alarm went crazy, we called them management and they were great and arranged the maintenance guy to come to sort out the issue. The guy who came to sort out the alarm also helped with the TV and he was really nice, even gave us recommendation where to visit in the area. Someone turned off the freezer so...

"Very happy with this stay. the apartment was clean warm & comfortable and furnished with everything one might need. The full kitchen was great and saved eating out. "Property is a good size and was more than big enough for our party of 6 The only down side we found was the parking As we had a mini van, the width of the space to get to the parking at the side of the property was too narrow and therefore had to resort to parking in a car park at the end of the road at extra cost. Other than that, no issues and had a great stay"

"The location wss stunning, with sea views over shanklin and sandown. The apartment was spotless, tidy, very comfortable indeed and had good wifi, tv's and a really nice kitchen. Only one suggestion, would be nice to have blackout blinds in the bedroom. Otherwise, perfect. Would book again. Cheers"
