I really think that our accommodation was good value. Unfortunately the only negative aspect we experienced was that the walls of our studio were paper thin and we could hear everything happening outside as well as all the sounds coming from neighbouring studios. "Our check-in felt a bit awkward—we were told many (many) times how the property and views are “quite stunning” as we were shown around. Everything else was very nice. Room had a great view, and we really liked the breakfast (and breakfast staff). Parking on the hill was tricky!"

"Our room had an amazing view of Lake Rotorua. The area is nice and quiet and relaxing. The complementary breakfast was very delicious. Parking was okay, but the driveway was very narrow and only one lane. Overall highly recommended if you really want to stay away from the tourists."
