"The property is clean, nice location, no problems! The issues were that first morning we woke up and there was no hot water. Although annoying it was resolved by the friendly property managers.Then the power was cut. These things happen but in this case it was planned and the owner notified of it. I checked with neighbours and the line company. The owner ignored it and let us rent the property .We spend the day away but when we returned, power was still cut, No one could tell us how long it...

"A beautiful presented little cottage, tucked away in a peaceful setting. We had such a lovely break away in a perfect location not too far away from the beautiful lakes and activities in Rotorua. The cottage had everything that we needed, was comfortable, clean, and had the added bonus of electric blankets for the cold wintery evenings. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Great that the cottage has the option to take your pet. Unsure whether cleaning is an option somehow (it was automatically added to the booking when I used wotif). I’d recommend the owners not make self cleaning an option, or to check in/reassess the cleaner used. Whilst the property is superficially cleaned, it really needs a thorough clean between guests and “stuff” should be packed away neatly or put into storage (contents in the laundry, rooms, etc). "Perfect location, walking distance to Eat St. lots of places for shopping, there is so much to do inRotorua. We arrived o. A sunday evening, due to a delayed flight. When arriving to hotel doors were locked and not a single person walking the street. Had to wait to get keys to our room . Once we got in room was nice and spacious."

"This hotel is amazingly spacious. While other hotels are squeezed into small space, this one is completely: huge rooms, huge halls huge dinning areas. It is also clean, safe and functional. This is not our first visit, and we will visit it again."
