"We were greeted at the train station, and they walked us to the hotel. They were very friendly. In our room there was a swan sculpture with fresh roses! I loved everything about this place and wish I had booked more time there. "

"The breakfast was the same typical tourist fare everyday but it was sufficient. There was only 1 towel per person, so I asked for extra as needed. The sink only has cold water. The shower was hot. We stayed 3 nights on the 4th floor, no elevator- so be ready to hike up."

We arrived an hour before check-in and were told that dropping our bags in the room would cost us $10. Empty rooms were available because we got one after a lengthy discussion — we were already paying for another Casa Andina in Cusco. This seemed unnecessarily greedy of the company.
