"Staff was incredible. Made us feel so special and welcome and were so helpful in helping with all our requests. My wife also wasn't feeling well on the last couple of day and they were so sweet with trying to find solutions to help her be comfortable. We would return again as we appreciated their service so much. We ended up staying in the ocean suite and was a huge beautiful room! They also were so quick at room clean up and keeping our towels fresh. A true 5*"

We ate at 2 of the restaurants (The Grill & La Plage) both were fantastic! Plenty of family friendly activities and areas which was lovely to see. "I only stay for one night. Beds are Nice and firm. The hotel is very nice and clean, used the pool but the whirlpool is cold ( not working) Yes, love to return to the hotel again! "

"Just a kilometre from the old town, Bel Marina was a fabulous oasis from the hustle & bustle of Hoi An. We loved the big pool & outdoor area, and the breakfast room and the food offerings were outstanding. My only complaint would be the password free wifi, which, according to my online security service, wasn’t very secure."

"Beautiful property. However, a little far from most restaurants which is about a 20-30 min drive. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff is friendly. Pool area is gorgeous. "

"This is a very nice hotel. The staff are extremely friendly. They tried very hard to help us solving problems during our stay to make sure we have a wonderful time. The hotel has a very good management, too. There is always someone to ask for help. Especial thanks to Marie, she is so nice and patient. We enjoyed our visit in Hoi An. "
