Room was very clean, had a great view of Calton Hill, wish it was warmer to sit out in the garden (not so much in January) but overall very pleased with hotel. One minor issue with the towel heater not working. "

The biggest bonus is having such a wonderful restaurant right downstairs. It makes the Roseate the perfect staycation, all your needs in one place! Can’t wait to return!"

"Great location, easy to get there from the airport, lovely restaurants nearby and close to all the tourist stuff. Great apartment, really well equipped and nicely presented. Couple of relatively minor points- the apartment is quite big, the bed is too small and not that comfy. Also in the small dressing room there’s a full length mirror & storage but no place to plug anything in. Other than that a really good and easy would have happily stayed longer."

"It was closed your Pic was from a year ago it is covered in scaffolding and not open for 6 months I paid in advance and had to pay again at a sister Hotel (Raddisson) who demanded £2900. when I had pd over £3400 to Expedia.
