"The front desk was great. We checked in last minute and asked for toiletries. They brought them up. The room was so spacious. The bathroom was huge with amenities. Shower, tub, robe snd slippers. Snacks to purchase. Complimentary water. The bed was super comfortable. Lovely pillows. Very relaxing stay. We awoke to snow. Which wonderful to see. We went to breakfast. "Good hotel in the centre but I'd not give it 5 stars. The sofa and cupboard in the room were a tad worn out and outdated. The cupboard didn't close properly. There was some built up dust etc. on the toiletries in the bathroom. However, the overall standard was good. Beds were comfortable, the room was very warm (sometimes even too warm and we weren't able to lower the temperature), staff were helpful and friendly. "
