"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

Il vous donne un lien afin de vous enregistrer et de recevoir le code pour les clés. L’enregistrement est long et inefficace puisque nous avons jamais reçu notre code et personne pour nous aider. "The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. We arrived just before 20:00pm due to poor traffic but the office was already empty leaving us with two young children stranded with no keys late at night If it wasn't for the very kind staff in the hotel opposite we would never have been able to access our apartment. "La ubicación que sale al lado del Balneario es mentira. El apartamento está a 45 minutos del balneario, pegada a la frontera con Francia. Así le he sentido. ESTAFADO"

"Absolutely terrible service. Despite having a booking and contacting via email in advance to advise of arrival, no response and no Reception upon arrival. Phone number given is in another country but is also not answered. Left walking around the streets of foreign country for several hours trying to ask locals for assistance. Would never have expected this service and would not like it to happen to anyone else! "

"The location of the property is great for skiing- ( minute walk to the Canillo gondola. Restaurants and grocery nearby. The apartment was small but adequate for 4 people. Clean and warm. Good all around

"We had a group of 19 people. We were highly welcomed at the hotel. The hotel is very close to the slops, shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, warm, had comfort beds and pillows. The restaurant staff was supper friendly and the food was very tasty with plenty of varieties. We did received a letter note about the noise about one person of the group been loud, but I believed the horel staff did the right things as they have to look after the other residents too. On average, it was a very hood stay, i would highly recommend and i would stay again if i return to Pas de la Casa. Many thanks Mario"

"We have been to Andorra 🇦🇩 several times before, and we are always happy to visit this amazing country . This time, we stayed in the Magic Hotel for the first time . Just love it !! They are very good and have a very professional staff, helpful and always willing to support !! The hotel is just well located, and the rooms are clean enough, especially breakfast-guys, you never ever find a better breakfast than this one!! Thank you so much to all the staff and hotel management!! We do appreciate your hospitality and will be back soon . Definitely recommend it to everyone !!"
