We were very well catered for, free valet parking, amazing gluten free food choices - nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was covered in fresh flowers which were amazing. This hotel caters extremely well for children, with its own child's pool and play facilities inside out. Would 100% stay again."

"Beautiful hotel with amazing grounds, huge room and lots of luxurious touches. The beds were comfortable and the big round bath was something else. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly and professional. The only negatives were when the corporate side of things disturbed the other guests - the braying sales teams taking over the breakfast room with their luggage wasn't ideal, nor the loud wedding planning meeting while we were relaxing in the residents’ lounge. "Got there early and they let us leave car and come back later for check in. Our room was a junior suite which was such a great price. 4 poster bed, a deep couch and a lovely spacious room that was a perfect temperature."

"Perfectly pleasant place to stay. I booked with the intention of using the spa. Having drove down from Yorkshire I was told there was only 18 spaces so could not use the spa facilities. I was not guided that any pre booking was required ….perhaps naive of me. So quite disappointed. Would have looked at other venues if I knew I could not use all the facilities. "
