"We visited the resort with our 2 kids, came from Turkey and stayed there for 4 happy days. The resort has a vintage beauty. We arrived there early, after a long, exhausting flight, but, the hotel was full and they couldn't give us a room before 15:00. However, they were kind and sincere and tried their best to help us. "This property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view it’s all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasn’t offered. "

Our villa (on stilts) was quiet, had all the expected amenities and more, and overlooked the lake, although the boardwalk did have a significant people drifting passed, particularly to the restaurant. Food excellent; staff very helpful. Wine expensive. Was given a villa to stay after check-out before a late airport departure, very much appreciated. 2 minor concerns: our villa was always cleaned late (after 2pm) which meant we had to wait before going back there after lunch....
