The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the rooms do not have a deadbolt, chain, or other way for someone inside the room to lock the room so that a hotel employee with a key cannot enter. This is a dealbreaker for me - I would not have stayed here if I had known. The reason is that years ago in another country a hotel employee entered my room with a key and assaulted me.
