"As a family of four with 2 school aged kids we really enjoyed our stay. While a bit dated looking the warm pool and mineral baths were a wonderful way to start and end the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was great for walking to the public central thermal pools and the lake not too far a walk away too. The beds were comfortable and the facilities in the apartment good. We would definitely stay again."

"Perfect location in the centre of town. We could walk to Eat Street and all the resturants within a few minutes. Beds were comfortable and staff very helpful. Keep in mind that there are no lifts, so if you end up on the top floors, you will be doing lots of stairs to get anywhere. "Clean and tidy room with private bathroom and shower. One double and one single bed. A shared kitchen which had full amenities although I did not use these. A warm fire place in the shared lounge which another nice room guest added in more firewood which the warmth flowed into the dining/kitchen area. If you are looking for a simple, fuss free room for an overnight/long stay, can't go wrong here. Under 10mins drive into the city/beach/Mt Maunganui. "
