"From the moment we arrived Hannah the Duty Manager looked after us. Room was great, beds really comfy, convenient to everything as the tram was a short walk away. Stingray was great, Friday night with yummy Tacos with Latin dancing and cocktails, what's not to luv. Awesome to have so many food/drink options in house. Thanks for making our Girls Weekend so awesome, great laughter, great memories and of course Bubbles xx"

"The room was nice, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly. We visited the Star Casino which was just opposite the hotel. Parking was easy but should be made fee free! Overall a great place to stay and highly recommended."

"Stayed at The Langham Gold Coast recently and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is beautifully designed — modern, elegant, and right on the beachfront. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and had stunning ocean views. Service was consistently professional and warm, from check-in to housekeeping. The pool area was a standout, perfect for relaxing, and the onsite dining options were high quality (especially the breakfast buffet — great variety and very fresh). It’s clear a lot of thought has gone into the details, and the whole place has a calm, luxury feel without being over the top. Only minor downside was that parking can be a bit pricey, and during peak times the lobby area gets a little crowded. But overall, it was a top-tier experience — a great choice for a relaxing stay or special occasion."
