Staying here made you feel all warm and cozy and the front desk Check in staff did their part to make you feel Lavishly welcome as well. "The staff in general were great, really friendly and professional. Unfortunately we found a fake nail in our room and underneath the beds was disgusting - old food, socks, shoes and rubbish. When we brought it up with reception staff they gave us a drinks voucher while they had our whole room cleaned again and gave us a breakfast voucher for the next morning which we really appreciated."

"The place and kitchen was cleaned regularly. The rooms were small but had enough storage for luggage. I really liked that the beds had curtains, it helped make it feel less hostel like.
