The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the rooms do not have a deadbolt, chain, or other way for someone inside the room to lock the room so that a hotel employee with a key cannot enter. This is a dealbreaker for me - I would not have stayed here if I had known. The reason is that years ago in another country a hotel employee entered my room with a key and assaulted me. "Very quiet, no sulfur smell. It's right on the lake and you can watch the sun rise every morning. Be aware some of the rooms are actually 2 rooms joined together! They don't advertise this well. I was unpleasantly surprised to find I (traveling solo) had booked 2 hotel rooms! The manager seemed really reluctant to do anything until I escalated my complaints to the owner. "Wonderful 2 night stay in the 2 bedroom apartment on this lovely property. The staff and service was outstanding. The apartment was perfect with two completely seperate bedrooms and bathrooms a common livingroom with small table and kitcehnette. Ideal for a family of 4 or two couples. Private jaccuzi, in unit washer and dryer and fantastic view of the lake. "
