"Everything’s perfect. Kitchen facility were fully equipped. The best thing was the location. Located close to Intercity bus stop. There’s a nice free foot bath within 5mins walk."

"A group was having late party on our floor even there was a quiet hour rule. There was a number to call but we did not know. Room doesn’t have dryer so I used the one in the shared bathroom. Be aware that there is no AC but a fan in the room. Shower is also small. Everything else was great. There is entertainment inside and local discounts"

A warm fire place in the shared lounge which another nice room guest added in more firewood which the warmth flowed into the dining/kitchen area. If you are looking for a simple, fuss free room for an overnight/long stay, can't go wrong here. Under 10mins drive into the city/beach/Mt Maunganui. "
