"Property was nice. People were friendly. Didn’t care for any of the food at the restaurants so I opted not to get the all inclusive option. Pools close at 7pm. They are very clean though. The worst part is that o stayed on the six floor and there was this disgusting smell each day at certain times of the day in the hall and also on the room. Eventually I would become nose blind to it but it was heinous. Very relaxing g property though. "

"Very nice and relatively new Hotel. Room was large, new furniture, clean (with the exception of the carpet which needed additional vacuuming) and had a wonderful view of the bay front and city. Polite staff and reception. Music in restaurants and bar was a little loud for normal conversations. Overall a lovely stay! Highly recommended!!"

Puedes pedir cualquier comida de la carta las 24 horas del día y te lo llevan a la habitación. Nuestra habitación tenía un balcón bello en donde nos colocaron una mesa rodante de donde venía la comida que ordenamos. Muy especial. La cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Estilo colonial hermoso! "

"A very classy and chic Hotel that exceeded my expectations. The customer service and customer care are exceptional. Andrea, who works at the front desk, was so helpful and accommodating to us. The rooms are bright, big and very clean. Lobby area is very nicely decorated. Breakfast was amazing, there was nothing you could not find there. "
