"From start to finish it was totally amazing,the staff on Reception made us feel welcome from the very start as did all of the other staff at the hotel, All of them were so friendly and polite and had a smile on their faces all times. "Pen was phenomenal. English-speaking and very helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Pen made our stay wonderful. This is a beautiful resort in the middle of nowhere, which was just the getaway we were looking for. We did get a taxi to White Sand Beach one day and I was glad we didn’t stay there because it was too touristy. At night at Parama, all you can hear are birds and frogs. Paradise. "
