"I love White Sand Beach Resort. I have been here many times in many different seasons and this time it was clearly out of season and quiet. A lone monkey visitor graces us with his presence on occasion. I love the fact that the huts are in the beach and a few steps from the sea. Yes, the huts are plain and simple but everything you need is there. You can sleep to the sound of the waves and wake to the same sound. "Pen was phenomenal. English-speaking and very helpful getting taxis and answering questions. Pen made our stay wonderful. This is a beautiful resort in the middle of nowhere, which was just the getaway we were looking for. Clearly this property is still recovering from the COVID shut downs, does need better care of hedges, etc. which make the public areas behind the lobby look unkept. "Check in was OK although we arrived early they couldn't give us a room till 1300. Room was nice 50 meters from the beach (C22) 25 meters from the pool that was under heavy renovation and closed, we were able to use an alternate pool during our 7 nights stay, gym was good, hotel restaurant was awesome at sunset, food tasty and they have a nightly fire show . Morning breakfast was very good plenty of options that was replenished all constantly, overall a very pleasant experience "
