"Great hotel- clean and tidy at all times. Food was consistently good at all restaurants. Room spacious and comfortable with attentive house keeping. Service by the pool and in the restaurants was a little chaotic and inattentive. Lots of staff but no clear teamwork, organisation or strategy to serve customers. Also too much personal servicing on demand by certain customers which just put a spanner in the works and added confusion to an already disorganised system. Otherwise a lovely hotel...

"Amazing stay at Westin Goa! Our room was perfect for our family. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast, the view, and great food at the restaurants. The absolute best part of our stay was because of the wonderful staff and their amazing Indian hospitality.
