"Great hotel and amazing staff!"

"I was shown to my room, it looked like it had never been cleaned, at least 4 spiders in the bathroom at first glance, webs everywhere. Ants on the floor, in the bed, on the tables (where I was expected to eat). No soap or toiletries as stated on the website. The bathroom light didn't even work, I had to use a headtorch despite reporting it to staff. I went to ask where the facilities were because noone said anything to me. The laundry (again advertised when booking) is off site and at additional cost, so not actually a facility available there. The "restaurant" is food delivered to your room, which is dirty and drespressing, it doesn't even have a window. I left my room and the door locked behind me, asked at reception, she used a key to open the door, then walked off. I leave the room again and the door locks behind me. There is a room card, but it doesn't work. I said to her how am I supposed to get is my room? She hands me the key. The whole experience was terrible. I've stay in many places while travelling, none as bad as this."

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful hotel for three nights in a spacious 2BHK room, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless, thanks to the helpful front desk staff—Yashvini, Rahat, and Moon Moon—who made sure everything went smoothly and efficiently. The room itself was incredibly spacious, modern, and immaculately clean, reflecting the newly built property’s commitment to quality. The staff throughout the hotel were not only professional but also extremely polite and courteous, making us feel welcome at every turn. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. The spread was absolutely impressive, offering a wide variety of both Indian and continental options, as well as a live counter for fresh dosas and eggs—something for every taste. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I’ll definitely be coming back for another visit! Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-serviced stay."

"I have to say, the property looks nice. The staff smiles at the entrance. We checked-in to a Premium Cottage room and realised it was unbearably hot, even with the air conditioning operating at peak. It had high ceilings because of a beautiful design but totally inconvenient and uncomfortable. We would not have survived in the room for the 2 nights we needed to stay at this property and instead of making a fuss about something that cannot be rectified. We asked to upgrade to the highest category - a two bedroom villa. The aesthetics in the villa were flawless - the furnishings tasteful, the linen was ok and we had a vast balcony. However, the service and amenities were a hit-and-miss. The service staff was very very young-looking, possibly just out of college and earnest, hard-working but utterly devoid of finesse or professionalism. There wasn't any/enough cutlery in the kitchen racks, the glasses were few, the water-bottles even lesser! These were stocked on demand. The loos/bathing area was clogged due to staffers (at the hotel) using them just before we checked-in and was resolved only after repeated requests. We then ordered dinner which the same staff got - same staff for Housekeeping and same for IRD service. They came with a tray with food covered in foil (like a 3-star hotel). No serving spoons. No cutlery was stocked in the kitchenette still. Food at high-tea was stale. Many many issues - all to do with lack of professionalism. Great potential though."
