"Very nice property we received an upgrade upon arrival. This was nice, staff was helpful, the only observation that could be worked on is that the room closed to the elevator will always have to endure the noises that made the elevator going up and down. Not a showstopper but a bit annoying when sleeping at night. Overall a very good place to stay at Plaza Espana."
