"Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast. You can store your food in the mini-bar fridge. Microwave oven in the room. No carpet in the room. Several supermarkets and convenience stores are nearby, such as Carrefour express. Furniture: Two hard chairs plus a table. Small square table for phone. Two bed-side tables. Big yellow cushioned chair. Cons: No facial tissue was provided. No sofa. No dish rack in the kitchen. 2 elevators that are not coordinated, so...

"My new favourite hotel in Madrid…. And there are a lot to choose from. The location is just perfect , taxis everywhere, subway near by and a safe interesting walk to most central points of interest. The rooms were comfy and clean, the bathrooms were well thought out and really decent water pressure in bathes and shower . The breakfast is one of the best i have had the pleasure to enjoy and all the staff from the front office people to the room cleaners are delightful, i will definitely stay there again "
