"Definitely a futurist hotel. Looks really good and all the floors are unique and differents. Overall the room was clean, but the carpet was very dirty, which was unpleasant. Also, maybe the rooms should come with some instructions, cause we found it super complicated to adjust the AC.. We couldn't figure it out, and after multiple attempts, decided to call staff for help. Overall great experience! Also the restaurant has really good food, and their sweet sureau was fire!"

"The hotel was magnificent and magical. The view was spectacular and you right in the middle of everything Madrid. Shops and restaurants are right outside the door, plus the hotel roof top was equally lovely. From the very moment we arrived, the concierge staff Esther as well all the staff was friendly, polite, helpful and thoughtful even leaving us a check out note which was a special touch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid. "
