"Lungarno is beautifully situated along the Arno River right near the Ponte Vecchio, an amazing location for anyone visiting Florence for its attractions. The staff were incredibly kind and courteous. We were happy to have received an upgrade upon our arrival. The only issue was that our bedroom was right next to the elevator which meant we could hear it ding when we were trying to rest. Other than that, a perfect stay!"

It’s not walking distance to the main attractions and plan on a taking a taxi if you do not have a rental car. "The property is extremely well appointed from a design standpoint, but there is a serious lack of sufficient staffing to operate at the standards of a five star hotel. There is no one around in the evening except one person at the front desk who is trying to check in latecomers, order taxis, make dinner reservations and deliver room service.
