"The place was beautiful, the staff was amazing and the food was good however, we were given a room that had no working phone even though we booked months in advance. The food tasted great but sometimes the dinner was cold! The noise from the renovations was distracting and the closed off parts of the resort were an inconvenience as we were not able to fully enjoy the property. The staff however was superb!"

"Melia was a beautiful hotel with a very cosy room. The room was modern designed, private and was very comfortable. It offered the perfect solo retreat for me. A few observations, the level had signs that said adults only yet saw alot of children playing around the pool and breakfast there. 2ndly i think the front desk lady has to educate guests about the advantages of the level properly and not only the map of the premises. Rooms have beautiful views. Would be nice if some music or entertainment on Friday night. However music is provided at the Thai restaurant. "
