Elisha and Zebron i dealt with daily and they made sure everything was in order and that i enjoyed myself. "One of the best resorts I ever stayed in. 1- The service is incredible, the people here are amazing and it ia humbling how great the treatment is. 2- They went above and beyond to provide services that we requested even if not available. 3- The food is great and the experience is special 4- VERY SPECIAL RECOMMENDATION: DON'T MISS TASTE OF ZANZIBAR, amazing culinary experience. 5- The place is quite and relaxing with great views. "Hotel was closed for renovations and they didn’t inform us before we arrived. We had to look for an alternative place to stay at night and Expedia was not helpful either with finding another hotel. I would never recommend this place because of the lack of communication and inconvenience caused! "

Она все подтвердила и написала что будет ждать водитель в аэропорту и номер для нас готовы и подтверждены !!!! но по итогу нас никто не встретил, а когда мы приехали в ее отель поздно ночью - нас никто не ждал и все номера были заняты .... ПРИШЛОСЬ САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНО ночью искать себе жилье......"
