"We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is in a good location right next to Picadilly station. We ate in the bar restaurant on one night and the food was very good. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay again when we are next in the city."

The library bar was closed and not accessible to our group unfortunately. The service in the restaurant at dinner was very poor we eventually left without an offer of deserts or coffees . "

"The hotel is very accessible to the airport. I will use again for the convenience. Staff are friendly but check in I found to be slow at times due to not enough staff on reception area. Good is fantastic. I only had three breakfast but I was more than pleased. Also stored my suitcase for a couple of hours after checkout so that I could collect when my flight was ready to check in.
