"Unfortunately our room was dusty. I actually wrote in the dust. Which was not that great for sleeping. Our superior river view also looked into other apartments. Not ideal. Had to close the curtains most of the time. $5 delivery fee for ice bucket was not anticipated. Potato gems at breakfast? No thank you! "

"The hotel is a bit dated but clean and the staff made all the difference. The concierge, a lady named Riennye was absolutely amazing and helpful, giving us excellent recommendations on where to go out to eat. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brisbane."

"Unfortunately did not enjoy the hotel as id like as id fallen sick . Bed was comfortable room was so spacious, clean, hate the pepsi brand options for mini bar needed lemonade 7up is not lemonade... but i do hope to visit and enjoy the hotel properly in future and in hope to eat at Settimo as i missed on dinner there. Staff were friendly upon check in and out especially the concierge team. Im finding buffet breakfast are becoming all the same and did hope having club access itd be a bit more...

"We loved being so close to the Brisbane river, ferry access. The concierge services were wonderful! The staff helped us figure out how to get around (ferry, on foot), as well tailoring our activity options to us. Having just flown in from out of the country, we were tired and were able gain access to our room early. The breakfast buffet was fabulous as well and well worth the money. "
