"We booked a 2 bedroom apartment and were upgraded to the 3 bedroom double storey apartment which was great. However the 2nd bedroom only had a ceiling fan, no aircon so it was quite hot in there. Decor in the 3 bedroom apartment was outdated and not to our taste, we thought we would be getting the lovely scandi decorated apartment which we were told is 'apartment 49' and needs to specifically be requested. "Not far walk from Roma station. Its a steep walk up and down the street. Not convenient if you have lots of luggages. Close to bus stops so can take the Spring Hill Loop free bus to Queen St mall. Overall property was clean. Not enough kitchen bench space for cooking. Staff were friendly and let us check in early and let us keep our luggage in the office after check out."

"We stayed 4 nights over Australia Day weekend and had an absolutely wonderful experience, the hosts were lovely and communication was great! The property was amazing clean and sooo central to both theme parks (movie world and dreamworld) we also to drove up mount tambourine. Pool was great and we got to watch the boats on the lake. "The hotel is very good. Rooms are very big, comfortable and cozy. The front desk staff is friendly and kind. The location is perfect for visiting the main attractions. The airport is not too far. The metro line is only few blocks to go to the airport. Lots of shopping and restaurant areas nearby. Very convenient. The only negative this is that they never cleaned the room in four days. They didn't change the towels as well. I recommend it but just be aware about cleanliness. "
