We really enjoyed how easy this stay was. The staff were on top of the cleaning and had our room ready for us earlier than expected which was appreciated. The check in and check out process was also very smooth.

The receptionist was really kind and the room was also clean and comfortable. For some reason I couldn’t turn on the TV. After checking out, I could get a coffee at the ground floor.

The location of the hotel was very convenient. It’s at a walking distance to the bus stops, train stations and Queen Street Mall. We had booked 2 rooms, 1 room with king bed and the other with two single beds. The one with the single beds was smaller in size and was smelly, as if the carpet was not cleaned for a long time.
